Fochabers event long course amendments

As control 9 was misplaced both legs 9 and 10 have been deleted from the results, (although for personal interest they remain in the split times).

Additionally it has been deemed that controls 34 and 54, whilst being clearly defined, were sufficiently close to cause people to inadvertently mispunch. We therefore decided to add 1 minute to the times of the people that went to the wrong control here.
