Please look at the competitor information. This list has been rearranged so your start number may not be the same as at the previous events. if you are not on this list you can still enter on the day but please could all those that are pre-entered tick that you are running at Lossie and that your course is correct. The list will be displayed at registration.
As usual, there will be a short (Yellow-standard) course plus a longer course somewhere between orange and light green with a likely winning time of about 25 minutes.
Long (4 Km approx) - also used for schools league
Short (2 Km approx) - also used schools league
NB - Schools competitors can run either course. Secondary school competitors running the short course will score fewer points than those running the long course (1st place on short scores 1 point less than last place on long). Primary school competitors running the long course score points as if they were a secondary school runner. See the league rules in the 'Junior' Section for full details of how points are calculated.
£4.50 for adults, £3.50 for juniors; extra charge due to Forestry Commission charge for event.
